The amendments have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Sections 17, 21, 22, 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended.
The lands affected by OPA No. 4 (Application O-2009-01) and the corresponding Zoning By-law Amendment (Application No. Z-2009-01) are located on Round Lake Road (County Road 58) and Stencells Road, within Part Lot 1, Concession 10, in the geographic Township of Alice, in the Township of Laurentian Valley, as shown as Items 1 and 3 on the Key Map.
