The County of Renfrew is the Approval Authority for Plans of Subdivision and Plans of Condominium in the Township of Laurentian Valley. Prior to filing an application, it is recommended that developers should first pre-consult with the Township of Laurentian Valley and then the County of Renfrew, to identify any potential issues and to ensure that the application will be a complete application when filed. A copy of a general guide to the County’s process, along with a checklist and the application are available from the County of Renfrew’s website at the following links.
