That the Council of the Township of Laurentian Valley approves of notifying J.L. Richards of the following decisions regarding their letter of October 2nd, 2000:

• 1) Council confirms that an air conditioning system is to be provided for the administration area of the garage administration building;
• 2) There is to be no indoor designated smoking areas provided;
• 3) Council concurs with the recommendation to provide a water softner system;
• 4) Council wishes to proceed with a “high-tip” loader versus putting the shredder in a pit for the Composting Facility and
• 5) Council authorizes J.L. Richards to have Country Home Garden prepare trees this fall for transplantation in the spring of 2002.

• By-Law Number 00-10-61, being a Rezoning By-Law (Moreau/Leach) was given three readings and passed on a motion by Steve Bennett and Rick O’Brien.
• By-Law Number 00-10-62, being a Rezoning By-Law (Turcotte) was given three readings and passed on a motion by Allan Wren and Ken Brown.
• By-Law Number 00-10-63, being a By-Law to repeal By-Law Number 44-05-98 of the former Townships of Stafford and Pembroke and a By-Law for prescribing standards for the maintenance and occupancy of property within the Corporation of the Township of Laurentian Valley was given three readings and passed on a motion by Gordon Richardson and Dennis Gauthier.
