By-Law Number 01-03-74, being a By-Law for the confirmation of the acquisition of property in the geographic Township of Pembroke, now in the Township of Laurentian Valley, in the County of Renfrew, Part Lot 21, Concession 1, more particularly described as being Parts 1, and 3, on Registered Plan 49R-14051 for road purposes and Part 2 on Registered Plan 49R-14051 in the geographic Township of Pembroke, now in the Township of Laurentian Valley, in the County of Renfrew for a 1 foot reserve was given three readings and passed on a motion by Allan Wren and Steve Bennett.

By-Law Number 01-03-75, being a By-Law for the confirmation of the acquisition of property in the geographic Township of Pembroke, now in the Township of Laurentian Valley in the County of Renfrew, described as Part of Lot 21, Concession 1, geographic Township of Pembroke, now in the Township of Laurentian Valley more particularly described as Part 1 on Registered Plan 49R-14319, being Part of PIN 57138-0193(LT) for drainage easement purposes was given three readings and passed on a motion by Dennis Gauthier and Rick O’Brien.

By-Law Number 01-03-76, being a By-Law to provide for the remuneration of appointed Officials and Employees of the Municipality and to repeal By-Law Number 00-03-26 was given three readings and passed on a motion by Steve Bennett and Kellard Witt.

By-Law Number 01-03-77, being a By-Law to provide for the remuneration of the Reeve and Members of Council and to provide for travel and other expenses of Members of Council and of the Officers and Employees of the Municipality and to repeal By-Law Number 00-03-27 was given three readings and passed on a motion by Rick O’Brien and Allan Wren.

By-Law Number 01-03-78, being a By-Law to provide for the stopping up and closing of part of the road allowance between Lots 25 and 26, Concession 1, geographic Township of Alice, now in the Township of Laurentian Valley, County of Renfrew, being Parts 1 and 2 on Reference Plan 49R-14312 and for the conveyance of the lands set out above to the adjoining landowners thereof was given three readings and passed on a motion by Kellard Witt and Allan Wren.
