Be it resolved that the Township of Laurentian Valley enter into a contract with R.G.T. Clouthier Construction Ltd. for the closure of various areas at the Alice & Fraser Landfill in the estimated amount of $158,707.75 pursuant to the tender document prepared by J.L. Richards & Associates Limited (JLR 17643) subject to the receiving of confirmation from the Ministry of the Environment that the proposed Closure Plan is acceptable.
And further that the Reeve and Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to execute the contract documents. CARRIED.

By-Law Number 01-06-95, being a By-Law to impose a water rate for the administration, operation and regulation of waterworks was given three readings and passed on a motion by Dennis Gauthier and Jim Sheedy.
