By-Law Number 02-12-154, being An Amending By-Law to By-Law Number 00-03-29 and a By-Law to establish a Tariff of Fees for the processing of applications made in respect of planning matters was given three readings and passed on a motion by Dennis Gauthier and Kellard Witt.

Whereas it is necessary to clarify the position of the Township with respect to the recovery of anticipated and actual costs with respect to professional fees to be incurred by the Township with respect to a development by the City of Pembroke within the Township of Laurentian Valley;
Be it Resolved that the City of Pembroke be required to enter a Professional Services Agreement by January 8th, 2003 pursuant to By-Law Number 00-03-29 as amended by By-Law Number 02-12-154.
