1. That By-Law Number 06-04-285 as amended is hereby repealed.
    
2. That effective January 1, 2008 the charges as detailed in schedule "A" and attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law, shall be the charges for water supplied by the Corporation.
    
3. The annual flat rates established as per Schedule “A” shall become due and payable in two equal installments on the 30th day of June and the 30th day of November of each and every year.
    
4. That effective January 1, 2008 the charges detailed in Schedule “B” and attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law shall be the charges for water supplied by the Corporation.
    
5. The metered rates established as per Schedule “B” shall be billed quarterly with a due date of 30 days from the date of the invoice.
    
6. This By-Law shall come into force and take effect on the date of the final passing thereof.

SCHEDULE "B" TO BY-LAW NUMBER 08-05-398

Effective January 1st 2008 the metered rate will be as follows;

Effective Date January 1, 2008: Total Minimum Bill of $100.00 per quarter.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Wheras Ratepayers request water service turned off and on;

Therefore the Corporation of the Township of Laurentian Valley enacts as follows:

1. All water turned off or on shall have a charge of $25.00 should the request be made between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM (Monday through Friday) and a charge of $100.00 should the request be made at all other times. 
    
2. Should any other services be requested of municipal employees between the hours of 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM, the employee shall be guaranteed 4 hours call-in with all costs being borne by those making the request
