Residence - New, Additions or Extensive Renovations

- $.10 per square foot
- minimum $125.00
Plumbing permit included

Residential-Accessory Buildings

- $.08 per square foot
- minimum $30.00
.01 per square foot for plumbing permit if required

Commercial - New Construction, Additions or Extensive Renovations

- $.15 per square foot
- Minimum $250.00
- Plumbing Permit Included

Commercial-Accessory Buildings

- $.10 per square foot
- Minimum $125.00

Industrial-New Construction, Additions or Extensive Renovations

- $.20 per square foot
Minimum $300.00
Plumbing Permit Included

Industrial - Accessory Buildings

- $.10 per square foot
Minimum $150.00

Agricultural - New Construction, Additions or Extensive Renovations

- $.08 per square foot
Minimum $125.00

Agricultural - Accessory Buildings

- $.05 per square foot
Minimum $30.00

Demolition Permits - $30.00

Change in Use Permits - $125.00

Deferral of Revocation of Permits - $30.00

Refunds - Withdrawal of application or abandoned application

90% - No review
75% - plans reviewed
Revoked Permits - no refund
