TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the requirements of Section 34(10.7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, the Corporation of the Township of Laurentian Valley advise that an application for amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 08-04-391 of the Township of Laurentian Valley has been received and was deemed to be a complete application pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act.
AND FURTHER, TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Laurentian Valley will hold a PUBLIC MEETING ON TUESDAY MARCH 16th, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. at the Township Municipal Office at 460 Witt Road, to consider the proposed amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 08-04-391 of the Township of Laurentian Valley. The amendment has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended.
